the location was great! i could almost see the sea, even with the trees. the staff accommodated my friend who needed assistance. that meant a lot to us.

i found no bins for rubbish in the room or bathroom. that was inconvenient. also, a plug socket was broken, i thought it was a safety hazard? the heating was way too high, and i couldn't adjust it.

the room did not feel clean. dust lined the ridges on the bed. the toilet seat in the bathroom slid around, quite annoying. i also noticed holes in the towels (one day they were threadbare).

The manager offered a great deal on two double rooms when our friends joined us. He accommodated a couple with two children because there were no family rooms left. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and cute. Their service improved the stay. The room was clean. The sheets and towels felt soft.

The website mentioned a breakfast option, BUT it was not available .

the room looked dusty. the pillowcases were not clean, and the television had lines across the screen. the tv likely needs replacement after some time.

The family room was spacious. It was also clean. The location allows easy access to the town centre by foot. The staff were friendly and always available.

The lift was not working. This was a safety concern for me (i have epilepsy). There was no breakfast option, although it was previously available.
